Win More Clients by Being Yourself on LinkedIn
When you work in recruitment, using Linkedin is a daily occurrence. I don’t think there’s been a day in my 12 years in the industry where I haven’t used it! But how we use the platform has changed drastically since I created my account back in 2012, because back then having a ‘personal brand’ wasn’t a thing. Even though some recruiters are capitalising on this, most aren’t and are playing it safe by sticking to the age-old content - advertising your live roles, highlighting candidates you’re working with at the moment, and an occasional share of a post from the company page. If you resonate with that the question to ask yourself is this - are your target market really getting to know you from that content? ⭐ People talk about being authentic on LinkedIn, but does it really pay off? ⭐ With so many options, it’s hard to know what sort of content to post. ⭐ Confidence levels can really get in the way of people being themselves on LinkedIn. So if we want to win more business by being ourselves, how do we do it successfully? My guest on this show is Kim Grocott, Freelance Social Media Legend and Founder of Digital Dopamine. Kim has supported numerous recruitment businesses with their Linkedin content creation, and knows the power of authenticity through how she’s built her own presence on her social media platforms. Kim has an infectious and fun personality, so I already know this will be a great show! We will cover… 💡 What stops Recruiters from showing up authentically on their socials 💡 How you can overcome those challenges to build a strong personal brand 💡 The kind of content that actually wins business, rather than just getting likes If you’re looking to use LinkedIn as a business winning tool in 2025 then this is the show for you! I look forward to having you there! A lot of people ask me what software I use to stream these shows...it's StreamYard.
