How to maximise your time as a Solo Recruiter

Time. Something that anyone in recruitment would love to have more of. I’ve always wondered what it would be like to have Bernard's Watch (hopefully some of you get the reference), but unfortunately we don’t, so it’s about maximising the hours we do have during the day to achieve the success we’re looking for. When you’re a solo recruiter you wear ALL the hats, and there’s a lot of pressure on you to be all things to all people. When you have so much to think about on a daily basis, you often end each day thinking 'what have I actually achieved today’ and can end up getting dragged along by your never ending to do list. ⭐ There are great tools out there to help, but it’s difficult to commit when you’re on a budget. ⭐ We want to achieve and get results, without cutting corners to get there. ⭐ We’ve got to be clever with our service offering to draw in business and prospects. So we know there are ways to leverage our time as a solo recruiter…but what are they and where do we start?! My guest on this show is Luke Pitkin, Founder of Giig. Luke developed Giig with solo recruiters in mind, and is passionate about supporting people with the launch of their start up agencies. He’s always looking at ways he can help solo recruiters use their time more effectively and understands what works and what doesn’t, both from his own time as a recruiter and supporting the agencies he works with at Giig. We will cover… 💡 The tools you can use to leverage your time. 💡 Outreach; should you automate it or not? 💡 How giving free value creates more time. If you’re a busy solo recruiter who wants to get more hours out of the day…then this is the show for you! I look forward to having you there.
