When explaining this increase, Jon Wilson (Totaljobs CEO) suggested part of the reason for this was to invest back into the tech. Jon believes that by improving the tech, the candidate experience will also be improved. This could lead to more candidates getting all the way through the application process and recruiters will feel more confident that if they post their jobs on the platform they’ll get better delivery.
