Does your marketing focus on proposing to everyone, or someone?
Does your marketing focus on proposing to everyone, or someone? Personas are a very useful and effective way to make sure you hit your target market. Sure... your product services a range of customer profiles/types, but does that mean you're marketing efforts need to hit all those points, every time? Personas can help you understand exactly who you want to market to, for your specific content, on that specific occasion. You can have a range of personas. That's good. This way you tailor your marketing to each, specific persona, hitting key points to the relevant people. Have you seen effective use of personas in marketing recently? I'd love some recommendations!
