Recruitment Consultant - Nottingham | 2025

Join one of Nottingham's most established recruitment agencies as we expand our team in 2025! We're looking for a driven Recruitment Consultant to grow our client base and deliver exceptional service across Manufacturing, Logistics, or Commercial sectors.

What You'll Do
• Win and grow new business through networking, meetings, and candidate marketing
• Manage and develop existing client accounts
• Interview and place candidates in temporary and permanent roles
• Attend client sites for inductions and relationship building
• Meet monthly KPIs and work towards promotion targets


What You'll Bring
• Recruitment experience (Proven experience in recruitment (Manufacturing, Logistics or Commercial sectors).
• Strong communication, organisation, and negotiation skills
• Commercial awareness and a proactive mindset
• Full UK driving licence

Permanent

40 Hours per week Monday to Friday
either
08:00 - 16:30 or 08:30 - 17:00 or 09:00-17:30
