Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:00 - 16:00
Salary: £7.55 - £8.50 (depending on experience)

Key Responsibilities

Candidate Management

• Advertise job roles via our ATS

  
  

• Shortlist and screen candidates

  
  

• Conduct interviews and compliance checks

  
  

• Manage timesheets and onboarding

  
  

  Compliance

  • Ensure candidate compliance before placement

    
    

  • Conduct regular audit checks

    
    

    Client Engagement & Business Development

    • Source new business through cold calls, visits, and events

      
      

    • Submit CVs speculatively to prospective clients

      
      

    • Build and maintain strong client relationships

      
      

      Account Management

      • Regular client contact to understand needs

        
        

      • Deliver high-quality service and conduct site visits
